IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our project teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and software development life cycles.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and meeting expectations.
  • Support quality assurance objectives and participate in release management cycles.
  • Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and according to stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining transparency and open communication with stakeholders.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to drive improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet business objectives by leading cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project management, and software development life cycles.
  • Experience in using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or proven working experience in project management.
