Cloudera Data Platform Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to lead our Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) on-prem infrastructure operations. Key responsibilities include deploying, managing, and optimizing the platform, as well as automating operations using scripting and configuration tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Expertise in Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) on-prem infrastructure deployment, management, and optimization
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration tools like Ansible and Python
- Strong understanding of security, backup, disaster recovery, and performance tuning protocols
- Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing skills
- Monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale Hadoop and Cloudera environments
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and supporting audit readiness
- Collaboration with data engineering and IT teams for reliable data delivery and system uptime
- Planning for future capacity needs and performing upgrades as per Cloudera and InfoSec advisories
