We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all business requirements are met, and the platform delivers a seamless user experience across web and mobile channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and product owners to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.

  • Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Align testing goals with business and customer expectations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and transparency.
  • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment, guaranteeing a smooth transition to production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento, along with in-depth knowledge of functional flow and admin flows, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years in UAT/Test Management roles for e-commerce platforms, showcasing a track record of success.
  • Experience in testing third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors, shipping APIs), expanding skill sets and versatility.
