We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with a product mindset to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend components using Java.

This role involves working closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks. You will also be part of our on-call rotation, where you will participate in debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement clean, efficient Java code for our backend components.
  • Read and understand external API documentation to build new integrations.
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in backend development using Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git).
