Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) development and integration team. As the key technical liaison between our company and OEM customers, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and integration of ADAS components into vehicle platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Design and Development: You will oversee the design, development, and integration of ADAS components, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems, to ensure seamless system integration.
  • System Integration: Work closely with hardware and software teams to guarantee smooth system integration into OEM vehicle platforms.
  • Technical Interface: Act as the primary technical interface between our company and OEM customers for ADAS product development, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Requirement Alignment: Ensure alignment between OEM requirements and internal engineering capabilities, driving innovation and efficiency in our processes.
Requirements:
  • ADAS Expertise: Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies, including sensor systems, perception algorithms, and vehicle integration principles.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in ADAS system design, integration, and validation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • OEM Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry, fostering strong relationships and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundation in automotive engineering, embedded systems, and control systems, with expertise in automotive communication protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
