About the Opportunity
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a branch and ensure seamless performance.
Responsibilities
- Open the strong room by 9:05 A.M. to begin the workday.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, download the stock report, and maintain proper display of jewelry.
- Update staff attendance reports in the team communication platform.
- Reserve minimum cash and deposit excess cash to the respective branch account.
Customer Service Excellence
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer experience.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Sales and Marketing Initiatives
- Drive Sales and Marketing efforts to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and stay competitive.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and personalized interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce churn, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Prepare a marketing calendar based on branch catchment area and activity type.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential customer segments and opportunities for growth.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns, outreach efforts, and networking activities to acquire new customers.
- Oversee social media presence across platforms to increase brand visibility.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
- Review sales executive performance, provide specific feedback, and highlight notable achievements.
- Identify and commend strengths and positive attributes of sales executives.
- Address areas for improvement and provide guidance to enhance performance.
Financial Management
- Effectively manage branch budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.
- Monitor branch expenses and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and take corrective actions as needed.
Safety and Security Measures
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations.
- Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
