Job Title: High Voltage Inverter Designer

Description: As a high-voltage (HV) inverter mechanical designer, you will be responsible for the mechanical aspects of designing and developing high-voltage inverters. Your role will involve creating innovative solutions for mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems.

  • Develop mechanical designs and specifications for high-voltage power inverters.
  • Design and engineer thermal management systems to ensure efficient heat dissipation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design improvements.
  • Conduct simulations to analyze structural integrity, thermal performance, and other critical parameters.
  • Develop expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Unigraphics NX.
  • Apply principles of geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing to ensure precision and accuracy in design.
  • Implement design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) best practices to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for mechanical designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design-related issues.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on mechanical design considerations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical design and development of high-voltage power inverters.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
