Job Title: Manhattan WMS Expert

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise with Manhattan WMS Active and be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting supply chain solutions.

This role requires a strong functional and/or technical understanding of the Manhattan WMS platform, with a focus on improving warehouse operations and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Manhattan WMS Active to meet client business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and optimize warehouse workflows.
  • Testing & Support: Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the Manhattan WMS platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core Experience: 5 to 15+ years of professional experience with Manhattan WMS Active.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS Active, including its core modules and functionalities.
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Experience with Manhattan WMOS or other versions of the software.
    • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
