Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team and ensuring seamless operations and high-quality outputs.
The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of ISO systems and have a focus on implementing and maintaining quality standards.
You will develop and maintain expertise in Deco Rejections, Packaging-related knowledge, Vendor management, SAP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and customer orientation skills.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and quality improvement.
Drive process improvements through data-driven decision making, leveraging analytical skills and industry best practices.
Requirements:- B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15-18 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a quality assurance or management role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other tools quickly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
- Lead Auditor or similar experience.
- Experience working with PWA teams, vendors, and customers.
- Strong understanding of quality norms and their application in a production environment.
