Lead Placement Manager

We are seeking an accomplished senior professional to spearhead our placement initiatives across India. This role demands strong corporate connections, exceptional communication and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships with employers and organizations for job placements and sponsorships.
  • Support local center teams in finding job opportunities for students.
  • Organize placement-related activities such as industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions.
  • Maintain accurate placement data and reports.
  • Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance and targets.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and align student readiness with market needs.
  • Evaluate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or CSR partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong networking and corporate relations skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS is advantageous.
