Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of designers to achieve targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • To lead a team of 6-10 designers and drive sales closure by achieving sales targets month on month.
    • To manage the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
    • To be responsible for customer experience, relationship management and new project bookings.
    • To train designers to ensure sales enablement and target achievement.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch or equivalent with relevant industry experience. A minimum of 5 years' work experience in B2C business development and growth is also required, along with managerial experience of at least 12 months leading a team.
