Role Overview:

As a Tax Expert, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing U.S. individual and business tax returns.

  • You'll utilize your expertise to meticulously prepare and review client tax returns.
  • Manage the entire tax preparation process, from document collection to client signatures, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Analyze year-over-year data to identify missing information or documents, ensuring comprehensive and accurate returns.
  • Collaborate closely with owners, who engage directly with clients, to ensure timely and precise completion of returns.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your in-depth understanding of tax forms and their implications to accurately prepare and review client tax returns.

- Manage the entire tax preparation process, from document collection to client signatures, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

- Analyze year-over-year data to identify missing information or documents, ensuring comprehensive and accurate returns.

- Collaborate closely with owners, who engage directly with clients, to ensure timely and precise completion of returns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- IRS Enrolled Agent status or pursuing it.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns.

- Proficiency in navigating tax software and confidently handling tax-related documents.

- Impeccable attention to detail, combined with strong analytical skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
