Backend Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to collaborate on project-based engagements. If you are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, and proficient in a leading backend framework (Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or Laravel), we'd like to work with you.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who prefer flexible project-based work over traditional contracts.

The selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs. They will write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services, work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval, and ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs and integrate with frontend & third-party services.
  • Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR, or Django Channels).
  • Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in at least one core backend framework: Django (Python), Spring Boot (Java), ASP.NET Core (C#), or Laravel (PHP).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software architecture, and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (Sockets, SignalR, gRPC, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
