Job Opportunity: Automation Professional

A highly skilled professional is required to commission and control industrial processes. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for system integration, optimization, and validation.

Core Technical Skills

  • Proficient in PLC programming, including Ladder Logic and Function Block Diagram (FBD)
  • Expertise in PID programming and loop tuning
  • Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, CC-Link, RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, Wireless, and IoT
  • Experience with MQTT protocol
  • Familiarity with platforms: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider
  • IO list preparation and review
  • SCADA/HMI development (preferred)
  • Panel engineering knowledge

Instrumentation & Electrical Knowledge

  • Thermocouple, pressure, and level transmitters/switches
  • Proximity sensors, modulating valves
  • Instrumentation and control earthing
  • Power earthing
  • Familiarity with safety systems (SIL, interlocks) - preferred

Site & Field Experience

  • Site commissioning experience
  • Panel wiring and termination (hands-on)
  • Willingness for physical work during setup
  • Experience in multi-site execution

Project & Managerial Capability

  • Managed teams/technicians
  • Hands-on experience with industrial automation projects
  • Vendor coordination and procurement knowledge
  • Ownership of deliverables in projects

Documentation & Communication

  • Functional design specification (FDS)
  • IO documentation, wiring diagrams
  • Control panel layout/GA review
  • Reporting, email, and team communication
  • Exposure to remote diagnostics/cloud integration (preferred)
