Quantitative Research Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our quantitative research team. As a key member of our Innovation department, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research services to clients
  • Developing and implementing analytical plans to meet client objectives
  • Preparing and presenting study results to clients
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success department to drive client satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in market research or a relevant industry
  • Excellent knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
  • Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Experience in project management and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Spreadsheet

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering high-quality research projects. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
