Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to assume a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability-focused testing strategies for complex systems and applications.
  • Create, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.
  • Conduct stress, load, chaos, and failure testing to simulate real-world disruptions and uncover vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and risk assessments to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios, highlighting performance bottlenecks and proposing enhancements.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
