About This Opportunity:
This role involves data analysis, business strategy and process improvement. We're looking for someone to collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical, strategic and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Excel (SQL - good to have)
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders
Qualifications:
- B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
