System Reliability Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our team as a System Reliability Expert, collaborating with a cutting-edge AI product company to develop next-generation developer platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Develop automation tools and scripts utilizing Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Ensure system reliability through thorough testing and monitoring.

This role requires a strong background in software engineering, systems operations, and Linux/Unix systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with observability platforms and proficiency in multiple technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, networking, and cloud services.

Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for automation and tooling.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix systems, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
