We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill an Oracle OAF Consultant position. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and hands-on experience in OAF development and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components with expertise in software engineering and technical analysis.
  • Customize Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, or HRMS using OAF architecture with proficiency in programming languages like Java, JSP, XML, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Perform technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of Oracle EBS extensions with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OAF pages and workflows with technical acumen and professionalism.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production support with attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Provide documentation and technical support throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with organizational skills and adaptability.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle OAF development with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows RICEW components) with expertise in data management and processing.
  • Experience with Java, JSP, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF architecture with proficiency in software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Applications Framework MVC architecture with understanding of system integration and security.
  • Understanding of Oracle Applications security, personalization, and extensions with awareness of emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in UK Shift and with international clients (preferred) with cultural competence and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with relevant coursework and academic achievements.
  • Oracle Certifications (OAF or EBS) will be an added advantage with proof of certification.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus with understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement.
