Software Operations Expert

We are dedicated to powering personalized education. As a key member of the Services team, you will support customers in achieving ongoing success through post-implementation support and consultation on system setup options.

The Professional Services team plans, guides, and delivers client projects to meet timeline expectations. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient software operation for end-users to accomplish business tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving escalated help requests, working with the business to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support applications, defining best practices and standards, and collaborating with IT and Development on new implementations and project work.

  • Assist with application maintenance, updates, installations, and bug fixes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application incidents and problems
  • Work directly with users to find ways to utilize software effectively and securely
  • Evaluate and test new software and business solutions
Essential Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Strong knowledge of standard IT practices and workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of applications troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with building dashboards or Business Intelligence
  • Ability to learn and understand business processes
  • Project management, verbal and written communication skills
