E-commerce Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Shopify developer to join our dynamic team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating and customizing e-commerce websites for our clients.

This role involves working closely with designers and other developers to create seamless and visually appealing online stores.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites.
  • Extending theme's functionality for custom cart, custom filters or similar requirements.
  • Working with metaobject and metafield structuring for complex data structures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.
  • Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with front-end JavaScript libraries such as React, Vue, Svelte, etc.
  • Competence in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6) including async JavaScript.
  • Experience in Liquid and SCSS (or tailwind/MUI).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document and report issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Required qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Shopify developer or relevant skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Shopify development is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of shopify metaobject and metafield structures is advantageous.
  • Portfolio of past projects demonstrating required skills and experience.
