Lead UX Designer

This is a remote position in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for crafting and iterating on intuitive, engaging, and impactful designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate Daily: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, simple, and innovative UX solutions that motivate users and transform the shopping experience into a rewarding everyday habit.
  • Lead the Design Process: Shape user journeys by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing to ensure the highest quality customer experience.
  • Design with Purpose: Deliver UX solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals, upholding a user-centered approach throughout every design stage.
  • Champion the User: Ensure the integrity of the product experience meets user and business needs, driving innovation and creative solutions.
  • Drive Innovation: Work with Product and Marketing to integrate cutting-edge technology and creative solutions into our platform.
  • Creative Visionary: Think beyond the obvious and push the boundaries of what's possible in UX design.
  • Strong Communicator: Present ideas clearly and effectively, advocating for design solutions that meet user and business needs.
  • Collaborative Leader: Lead UX efforts in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Hand-on Designer: Be comfortable sketching wireframes, building prototypes, and facilitating user testing.
  • Customer First Focus: Understand that great design starts with a deep understanding of the customer and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
Requirements:
  • B.A./B.S. in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading UX design efforts for digital products, with a portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to balance creative design with strategic business objectives.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and web standards.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital retail platforms is a plus.
