Job Overview:

Lead a team of data analysts in developing and maintaining robust data warehouses, ensuring accurate databases, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and providing statistical analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data warehouse for analytics purposes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of databases across all relevant areas.
  • Design, execute, and maintain informative dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis for stakeholders and researchers.
  • Develop impactful feedback reports for donors and partners.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, systems, and processes in data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, academia, and researchers to create analytical and research reports.
  • Build relationships with verticals for coordinated fundraising across channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and management.
  • Strong technical skills in database management and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of statistics and research methods.
