Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating impactful visual experiences.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will conceptualize and execute visual ideas for various marketing campaigns, branding projects, and digital content, working closely with copywriters, designers, and the strategy team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and layouts.
  • Create static and motion creatives for digital platforms, including social media, web, and ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign ideas.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Provide quick turnarounds on urgent creative requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency as a Visualizer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • A good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
