Lead AI Solution Architect

You will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge GenAI-powered solutions integrated into ERP and enterprise applications.

  • Achieve full-stack AI solutioning — from architecture to deployment — across cloud and hybrid/on-prem environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GenAI architectures integrated with ERP, MDM, and supply chain systems.
  • Manage the full AI lifecycle: data engineering – model building – deployment – monitoring.
  • Create and maintain production-grade RAG systems, agentic frameworks, and semantic search tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, data science, and business teams for implementation and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for governance, security, and scalability across cloud and hybrid environments.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience deploying at least one GenAI/LLM system into production.
  • A strong understanding of LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone).
  • A proven track record integrating AI with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Experience with cloud AI stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem/hybrid setups.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise settings.
