Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to telephone calls and email messages from users requesting assistance
  2. Log and keep records of customer/employee queries
  3. Identify computer hardware, software, and telecommunications malfunction
  4. Take appropriate action to resolve these issues while ensuring data and system integrity
  5. Conduct tests, configure, install, modify, maintain, and repair computer hardware, operating systems, applications, software patches, and updates
  6. Assist in conducting user's application testing during program implementation, migration, and system maintenance
  7. Perform desktop system maintenance/upgrades including all desktop OS patches
  8. Create/maintain documentation of instructional procedures and/or knowledge-based troubleshooting techniques
  9. Maintain an inventory of computer hardware assets, peripherals, and software licenses owned by the company
  10. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of computer systems
