Senior Software Development Engineer in Test Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our native mobile applications, web platforms, and Progressive Web Applications through robust automation testing strategies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient automation testing frameworks using Java for native mobile apps, web applications, and PWAs.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive automated test suites, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered tools and techniques into our testing workflows to improve test case generation, defect prediction, visual regression testing, and overall automation efficiency.
  • Maintain existing test automation frameworks, tools, and documentation to ensure they are efficient, reliable, and easy to use.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to test engineering teams in their automation efforts and help troubleshoot complex automation issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of proven practical experience in Software Testing or a related field with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Deep understanding of Automation testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining automation testing frameworks for Native Apps, Web applications, PWAs, and API Testing.
  • Strong proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as Jira, Git, Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrable familiarity and practical experience with AI-powered tools and techniques relevant to software testing.
