We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our medical device research and development efforts in India.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the development and innovation of medical devices, contributing to research projects that advance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct advanced research and development of medical devices, focusing on innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product development challenges.
- Design and execute experiments to validate product concepts and prototypes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- PhD or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in medical device development and design controls.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python).
- Experience with materials science as it pertains to medical devices.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA guidelines) and quality assurance processes.
