Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing processes to improve data quality and accuracy
  • Managing and communicating project progress to stakeholders
  • Maintaining steady progress on open projects
  • Providing effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Additionally, you will work closely with Analytics, Business Operations, and IT functions to drive process improvement and scale through simplification, automation, and innovation. Requirements:

  • Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
  • Ability to communicate, advocate for, and lead optimization projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales Operations and IT
  • Ability to pick up new tools, platforms, and business processes and policies
