Role Summary:

We're seeking a results-driven product manager to spearhead the lifecycle of our digital product. You'll identify market opportunities, develop a product strategy and vision, create roadmaps, and drive successful execution through cross-functional collaboration. You'll partner with various internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver world-class products that address customer challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of shipping products that customers love.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a long-term product strategy and vision based on competitive analysis, market trends, technology advancements, and business objectives
  2. Translate product strategy into detailed quarterly roadmaps and release plans
  3. Lead requirement gathering sessions and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders into product specifications
  4. Define market segments, buyer personas, customer journeys, and develop differentiated product positioning and messaging
  5. Conduct user interviews, customer advisory boards, and win/loss analysis to gather product insights
  6. Prioritize features and capabilities in the product backlog using data-driven frameworks that balance business value, resources, and other constraints
  7. Create business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI models for new products and features
  8. Determine critical KPIs and metrics to measure product success and growth
  9. Manage all aspects of product launches, including sales enablement, marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales training
  10. Collaborate with engineering team leads on release planning, sprint commitments, and development processes
  11. Work closely with UX teams on information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
  12. Partner with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels, website messaging, and product campaigns
  13. Continuously level up product management skills and share best practices across the team
  14. Represent customer needs and interests throughout the organization
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape

Requirements:

  1. 8-12 years of product management experience
  2. B.Tech in Computer Science (Engineering) or other relevant fields (Top-Tier MBA preferred)
  3. Domain experience in digital workplace products, DC management products, security products, hybrid cloud, cloud automation, SaaS, AIops, or similar areas
  4. Experience with AI, analytics, and machine learning is strongly preferred
  5. Solid understanding of agile development processes and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
  6. Proven track record of shipping successful products and driving growth
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
  8. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple narratives
  9. Self-driven, creative problem solver
  10. Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering value
