Alteryx Support Expert

We seek a highly skilled Alteryx support specialist to ensure the stability, performance, and integration of our Alteryx workflows and server environments with enterprise systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless application support for Alteryx Designer and Server environments.

You will handle critical issues such as incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks. Additionally, you will administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).

Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark). You will also support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.

A key aspect of this role is automating routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts. You will coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for efficient service delivery.

Fully maintaining accurate support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures is essential.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years' experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.

A strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services is necessary. Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark is required.

Proficiency in Oracle SQL and query optimization is expected. Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation is necessary.

A thorough knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices is required. Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities are essential.
