About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Runbook Process Expert - Finance. You will be responsible for driving process transformation within the Finance domain, providing expertise to support operational teams, driving continuous improvement, and monitoring performance.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing sub-processes within the RUNBOOK, including related controls, directives, and tooling.
- Defining roadmaps for processes and initiating initiatives to deliver the roadmap.
- Collaborating with RUNBOOK BPO and Ops team to drive process transformations, such as MEC optimization and touchless close.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with local and fiscal regulations.
- Embedding adequate controls in processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of progressive work experience in finance.
- 4-5 years of experience in Runbook, preferably version 4.11 and above.
- SAP knowledge (FI, CO module).
- Project Management skills with positive result-driven attitude.
- Highly developed analytical capabilities, strong business and customer sense.
- Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, goal-oriented, and perseverant.
- Team-oriented and process-driven.
- Fluent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
