Job Title: Twilio Flex Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Twilio Flex Specialist with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge telephony solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.
  • Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems using high-tech methodologies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions using Twilio Flex (Cloud platform), ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, and AI to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in related field with a strong understanding of Contact Center technologies.
  • Expertise in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and AI with ability to leverage these skills to drive business success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
