  • Accurately Document Project Information Using Construction Management Software
  • Handle Project Administration Tasks
  • Prepare Cost Estimates and Tender Submissions
  • Issue Purchase Orders and Manage Subcontractor Invoices
  • Track Project Expenses and Prepare Billing Claims
  • Maintain Strict Budget Control and Identify Cost-Effective Solutions
  • Represent the Company at Project Meetings
