Artificial Intelligence Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead our AI/ML strategy and drive innovation across various domains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems, deep learning models, and generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale across multiple domains (manufacturing, healthcare, finance, logistics, etc.). They should also possess strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
A successful candidate will have a Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML strategies that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, VLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
- Evaluate emerging research and technologies in AI/ML and recommend adoption strategies for enterprise-scale impact.
Responsibilities:
- MLOps: Oversee the development of scalable ML pipelines, ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
- Deployment Strategies: Provide technical leadership in deployment strategies and governance for AI models across edge and cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and domain experts to shape AI-driven innovation and drive business growth.
