Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Study Abroad Manager to spearhead the admission process for Indian students pursuing higher education overseas.

In this role, you will oversee the entire admission cycle, collaborating closely with universities and educational institutions worldwide to facilitate admissions, provide guidance to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements. This senior-level position demands a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, driving them to achieve monthly/yearly targets.

• Visa Compliance: Ensure adherence to visa regulations and assist students with their visa applications.

• Application Review: Collaborate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.

• Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.

• Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling

• In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations

• Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work under pressure

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Expectations:

• Work a standard 6-day week

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience

• Process a minimum of 40 visas per counselor in a year and 320-400 visas at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors
