Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer, and other services.
  • Set up ECS/EKS clusters, configure deployments, and implement performance-based scaling using Docker images, Docker Hub, AMIs, etc.
  • Automate infrastructure setup using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Create new environments based on specific landing page requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure AWS IAM roles, policies, and user groups.
  • Set up RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and manage intranet user access.
  • Implement network configurations using services such as VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Route 53, WAF, etc.
  • Develop and implement DevOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Analyze cost and optimize resources using Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer, and tagging.
  • Perform AMI upgrades, patch application, and maintenance window management.
  • Monitor AWS environments using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer, and other services.
  • Experience setting up ECS/EKS clusters, configuring deployments, and implementing performance-based scaling using Docker images, Docker Hub, AMIs, etc.
  • Proficient in Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture best practices and security guidelines.
