Job Title:

ERP/HCM Integration Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ERP/HCM Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing integrations using OIC, including process automation, API management, and connectivity between SaaS and on-premise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements
  • Architect and implement integrations using OIC, including process automation, API management, and connectivity between SaaS and on-premise applications
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
  • Develop reusable integration components, orchestrations, and error-handling mechanisms
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of integration flows
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior OIC specialists and integration teams
  • Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and operational procedures for integrations
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud Integration updates, best practices, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS platforms
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrations across Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and other cloud/on-premise systems
  • Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration protocols and data formats
  • Experience with API Gateway, API management, and security frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex integration solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Oracle Cloud certifications related to Integration Cloud are a plus
