Junior Audit Associate Job Summary">

The role of Junior Audit Associate is to assist senior auditors in delivering high-quality audit results and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of auditing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Statutory Audits and Accounting assignments in accordance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with senior auditors to deliver high-quality results and meet challenging client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate should be CA Inter or CMA Inter passed with Articles completed.
    Qualification: Graduate in commerce discipline with strong interest in Auditing and Accounting. Experience 1-5 years experienced in Audit Account required.
  • Good Communication skills in English, written as well as verbal, with the ability to present complex information concisely and descriptively.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to meet challenging client expectations.
  • Knowledge of applicable IFRS and business laws and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and determine efficiency and effectiveness of the process and related controls.
  • Excel, Word, and flowcharting capabilities desired.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of ACL Command Language preferred.
