Job Description:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing system and cyber audit reports submitted by trading members/stockbrokers. This involves reviewing management information systems (MIS) for delay submissions, non-compliance, and non-submissions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of system and cyber audit reports to identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with traders regarding timely submissions and non-compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve queries related to system and cyber audit reports in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in drafting business requirement specifications (BRS) for system enhancement and development.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing/final testing of system enhancements/business requirements.
  • Draft circulars based on relevant regulatory circulars.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify and authenticate auditor certificates.
  • Manage conflict of interest in audit reports submitted by traders.
  • Coordinate with external entities for resubmission.
  • Submit algorithmic MIS reports.
