Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in video editing, paid ads, and social media strategy, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Design and produce high-quality video content for social media and educational purposes.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation, leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
- Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop compelling content that resonates with investors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Proven experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of stock market trends and financial content.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
