About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Game Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and refining games using proprietary AI toolchains. Your expertise in Gen-AI and game development will enable you to create engaging experiences that captivate players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Game Creation: Develop new games daily using internal builders.
  • Self-Assessment & Rating: Evaluate your own work, providing constructive feedback to improve game quality.
  • Peer Review: Collaborate with fellow developers to review and refine each other's work.
  • Prompt Optimization: Distill winning game designs into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Provide concise bug reports and UX suggestions to enhance gameplay.
  • Metric Analysis: Monitor engagement dashboards, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Gen-AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to iterate quickly, prioritizing ideas and focusing on high-leverage activities.
  • Bonus: basic coding proficiency in JS/Lua/React, marketing fluency on Instagram/Twitter, or data analysis skills with SQL would be advantageous.
