Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of virtual assistance services provided to clients.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 (based on industry standards and location).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a virtual assistance or customer service environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
