Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute visually stunning concepts grounded in strategic storytelling and brand archetypes.
  2. Design cohesive visual content for ads, website assets, blog graphics, PowerPoint presentations, product fact sheets, and multimedia formats including motion graphics and video edits.
  3. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure design aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
  4. Create engaging video snippets with branded elements. Storyboarding and creating motion graphics and sound integration are valuable skills.
  5. Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
  6. Stay updated on trends in design, multimedia, and storytelling to keep our content fresh and effective.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  1. The ability to think creatively and strategically.
  2. A passion for experimentation and working with ambiguity.
  3. 0–1 year of professional experience in design (internship, freelance, or full-time).
  4. A strong foundation in brand marketing, including familiarity with brand archetypes and translating conceptual messaging into visual narratives.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
  6. Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  7. Video editing and motion graphics capability.
  8. Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and interpret feedback.
  9. A self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills, adept at handling multiple projects.
