We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our products and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or the automotive industry, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing quality improvements.

This role involves inspecting raw materials, conducting in-process quality checks, and collaborating with production teams to maintain compliance with defined standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and verifying incoming raw materials against specifications and purchase orders.
  • Conducting regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and audits.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of quality inspection methods and measurement tools.

A degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering are preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality engineering, manufacturing engineering).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods and measurement tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
