About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business' clientele in the region by leveraging professional connections and relationships. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Expand our business' clientele in the region by leveraging professional connections and relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to identify their needs and create customized solutions
- Collaborate with customers to deliver product demos, presentations, and navigate the sales process to meet quarterly sales quotas
- Design and implement key account management strategies to maximize customer engagement
- Stay abreast of competitors' tactics and incorporate this knowledge into our account plans
- Ensure retention of the assigned book of business
- Develop a pipeline for current and next quarters
- Negotiate contracts with customers to seal deals
- Partner with other teams to amplify business growth
- Oversee daily Salesforce data updates, including meeting notes and sales funnel enhancements
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to boost satisfaction levels

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Preference given to candidates with experience in start-ups, exhibiting a proactive, hands-on approach, and proficiency in navigating a rapidly growing sales organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to CXO's, decision-makers, and influencers in a B2B setting
- Familiarity with API's, Webhooks, SDK's, Cloud, and SaaS technologies
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving business growth in the Indian market
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
