Job Position: Cyber Security Engineer

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 5+ to 10+ Years

Mandatory Skills: PAM, CYBERARK, Access Management, PAM – Beyond Trust, PAM - Delinea

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and uplift IAM PAM controls.
  • Identify, investigate, and report potential cybersecurity-related exposures. Recommend corrective action with SME support.
  • Work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI KCI reporting dashboards for Cybersecurity management and stakeholders.
  • Requirements
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) controls.
  • Technical background in security spaces: Privileged Access Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of managing compliance with IAM security standards.
  • Able to understand the operating effectiveness of IAM Secrets Controls, identify gaps, and remediate.
  • Manage and govern KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs.
  • Stakeholder management across all lines of defense.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration on standard procedures and best practices.
  • Role-relevant qualifications (CISSP, CISM desirable but not essential).
