Job Title: Lead Engineer - Salesforce Data & Security

At Cencora India Technology Services Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce data and security team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, best practices, and standardization of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of administrators, developers, data and security architects/leads in executing projects and initiatives related to Salesforce platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce features to streamline sales processes, improve customer service operations, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage user access, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of new features and functionalities within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in the CRM space to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage a dedicated team for both Data and Security, including architects and developers to build scalable and modular architecture, to be leveraged across multiple Salesforce Orgs at Cencora.
  • Manage all Data and Security related aspects of the existing deployments while working towards standardizing the framework, by undertaking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as Salesforce CRM implementation, business analytics and process improvement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure all the new projects/deployments are compliant to the overall Data and Security framework.
  • Monitor the performance of existing solution and troubleshoot/mitigate any issues that arise due to evolving business/technology scenarios.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage ongoing customer data projects to deliver accurate data to a variety of teams, systems and processes across the business.
  • Manage and implement tools/systems/processes needed to build and maintain robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance.
  • Manage multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast-paced business environment, and prioritize work efforts to ensure projects stay on track to hit deadlines.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers across the enterprise.
  • Work to continually improve processes, efficiencies, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience – 5+ Years).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in enterprise scale data management systems and implementations.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and deadline driven environment.
  • Needs to be a strong team player with excellent problem solving capabilities.
  • Good organization and communications skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) is preferred.
  • Experience in designing Salesforce Data structure and Security framework for large deployments involving multiple Salesforce products.
