Marine Support Specialist

About the Role
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with internal departments to prepare operating budgets, financial statements, and reports. Process requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
  • Fiscal Administration: Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounting discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations. Provide valuable insights to improve financial performance.
  • Policy Review: Regularly review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Make recommendations for improvements as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing operating budgets, financial statements, and reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in these tasks.
  2. Account Management: Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment processing.
