Occupational Health and Safety Specialists play a critical role in protecting the well-being of employees, customers, and the environment. As an EHS Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to management on EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address potential health and safety risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on EHS best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS performance, including incident reports and audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in EHS, with a strong background in coaching and mentoring.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically.
  • Experience in construction, power plant, manufacturing, engineering, or project management is desirable.
